I am an HR professional, with over 20 years’ experience of working with leadership teams to design and implement people strategy to maximise efficiency. I run my own HR Consultancy, Rosa HR, which provides HR support for business owners which covers a wide variety of areas including employment law, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, as well as coaching and mentoring line managers.
As an Appointed Governor, I have an interest in ensuring that all children can reach their full potential at this school. I like to be in school as much as I can and thoroughly enjoy the huge part the school plays in the wider community. |
