Special Educational Needs at Elburton

‘A pupil has SEN (Special Educational Needs) where their learning difficulty or disability calls for special educational provision, that is provision different from or additional to that normally available to pupils of the same age.’ (SEN Code of Practice p.82)

PIAS (Plymouth Information, Advice and Support for SEND)

PIAS have a team of dedicated facilitators skilled in a wide range of parenting programmes and behavioural strategies from birth to the teenage years.

They are on hand to provide help, advice, support and a friendly ear from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
